February 29th at approximately 11:30 a.m. I ordered a chicken club BLT with added avocado and cheese. It came with Fries. I also ordered a side salad and Coke. I asked the waitress for a side of Mayo. when She delivered the Mayo I observer that half of it was stiff and very gelatinous. I sent it back and she apologized then brought me a new one. At about 10:30 that same night I experience d abdominal pain, diarrhea, nausea and vomiting. I further experienced fever, chills and body aches. This continued until the following Tuesday. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills, Body Ache
