Yesterday I had a bowl of cereal before going out for most of the day. Around 7 PM I went to with some friends. I got the half order of the nacho bowl and some tea, I always drink tea because it helps me stay off soda. The nacho bowl was very “soupy”, I was very suspicious when it was described as containing “seasoned meat” but it was the meal with the lowest calories I could find. I ate the whole thing because it was only a half order. When I got home I had a three scoops of Kirkland vanilla ice cream which I have every night. The ice cream has never made me sick and I had it around 9:30 PM. By midnight I was having diarrhea and stomach pain. Sleep was on and off and by 8 AM I had to drink some pepto bismol. That helped out and it is now 1:30. I had more diarrhea one hour ago. I am feeling fine now but today is my day off and 5 hours have been wasted being sick. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain
