On Thursday August 22, 2019 a friend and I had a late lunch around 1:30 PM. My friend had a BLT with fries and I had a Turkey Club with potato salad. Within one to two hours I had horrible gas pains and by midnight I was as sick with diaharhea, vomiting, cramps and fever as I have ever been in my life. My friend was afflicted the with severe diarrhea the following morning. The food poisoning had to have come from the either the mayonnaise, lettuce or tomatoes in the sandwiches or from the plates or drink cups as those are the only ingredients or things in common we had. I am assuming it was from the mayonnaise because my sickness cam on much faster than my friend's and I had the potato salad whereas he had fries. Today is Monday August 26th 2019 and my system is still impacted by diarrhea and a mild fever after a few days of light eating where I felt better. This is the worst case of food born sickness I have every experienced | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Gas, Cramps
