Instructed to repair high temperature dish machine wash solution in spray type warewashers that use hot water to sanitize for a stationary rack, dual temperature machine may not be less than 150f. - comments: observed no hot running water on the premises. Observed water temperature in basement of 91. 2f at handwashing sink and 105. 2f at three compartment sink. Corrected on site hot water restored before conclusion of inspection observed hot water temperature at 3 compartment sink 111. 3f and at prep handwashing sink 101. 5f. Priority violation 7-38-030(c), citation issued.

- comments: unable to locate backflow prevention device on espresso machine in bar area. Instructed to install backflow prevention device on espresso machine so that it shall be easily located and serviced.
