- comments: premises has no clean up procedures or supplies. Instructed manager to comply with the new code. Priority foundation violation #7-38-005.

- comments: observed 20 mice droppings on floor at north and north east front walls. Instructed manager must remove all mice droppings by date of reinspection. Advised to call pest control operator for service. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a).

- comments: observed 1/4 inch gap at rear exit door threshold and at front double door sweeps. Must rodent proof said doors.

- comments: observed accumulated ice build up on walk in freezer floor and condenser. Must remove all ice build up.

- comments: no covered trash receptacle in womens washroom. Must provide.

- comments: observed accumulated clutter and dust build up on floor under all shopping aisles shelves. Must clean floor throughout.
