- comments: observed 3 dead rodents on glue trap under shelving in clothing aisle.

- comments: must remove carpet under shelving to improve cleanability and facilitate easier maintenance. Must have smooth non-porous surface. Reccommend remove kick plate at bottom of all shelves

- comments: instructed to clean all food storage and non food storage shelves where needed in store to remove droppings and dust/dirt

- comments: instructed to clean toilets and sinks in both washrooms and maintain.

- comments: observed some water stained ceiling tile in store; instructed to replace tile where needed.

- comments: instructed to clean the floor in rear storage area, washrooms, under all shelves throughout the store. Instructed to clean the wall around the mop sink. Instructed to clean the interior of the mop sink to remove dirt. Instructed to clean ceiling vents to remove dust where needed in store.

- comments: observed clutter in rear storage room and mens washroom; instructed to organize and maintain to prevent possible rodent harborage.

- comments: observed hole in wall outside men's restroom. Instructed to cover as a means to prevent entry for pests.

- comments: previous priority foundation violation from august 6th, 2025 report #2621789 not corrected. Still finding rodent activity on premises in areas previously observed under food and other shelves on the selling floor, rear storage area on the floor and under black and wooded storage pallets, under hoisery shelves and other non-food shelves. Also found on the floor in the mens washroom. Found over 150 at this time as areas in the storage room were more accessible to view today. Priority violation. Citation issued 7-38-090.
