Ate Dominos at 7:30pm. By 4am, I had all food poisoning symptoms. Called Dominos at 11am and they told me to go to the hospital to confirm it was really food poisoning (I couldn't move around, let alone drive) and they had a delivery person come pick up the food I did not eat (a medium mushroom and pepper pizza minus one piece and an order of stuffed cheesy bread-spinach and feta-minus two pieces). They told me it would take a week to "test" the food, and it has been two weeks without any communication from them whatsoever. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
