I ordered the chicken alfredo pasta and spinach and feta cheesy bread on June 15, 2018 at about 7:30 pm. Felt fine until around 10 or 11 pm that night where my bowels were loose. Next morning I still had loose bowels and begun to have extreme stomach pain in the afternoon. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain
