I ate a pepperoni, bacon and cheese medium pizza and hot wings. I shared with my family and we ate at night. The symptoms started during midnight starting with nausea then proceeding to vomiting then diahrrea for my younger sibling | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
