ordered a pizza with mushrrom, onion, bacon and pineapple. my wife ordered a italian pasta bowl . within 1 hour of eating . we were both throwing up , had bad diarrrea and felt horrible . had the worst stomache cramps and were sick with food posioning for 4 days . | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
