Domino's Pizza, East Vandalia Street, Edwardsville, IL, United States

120 East Vandalia Street, Edwardsville, 62025 Illinois, United States

Ate a pepperoni and green pepper thin crust from Dominos with severe abdominal pain and diarrhea. Thought it may be something else I ate, so I ate more of the pizza the following day with the same symptoms. I have never had these symptoms before when eating the same pizza from the same store. | Symptoms: Diarrhea
