Pan pizza with hamburger, jalapenos, and red pepper toppings. Also had parmesian bread bites with marinara sauce. I ate a pan pizza with hamburger, jalapenos, and red peppers for toppings. Vomiting began about an hour later, and persisted for 4 hours off and on. Other symptoms were nausea, cold sweat, diarrhea. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Sweating
