10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: found the handwashing sinks located in the following areas without hot water: womens faculty stall (closest to cafeteria), mens faculty stalls (rooms 129d, 229d, & 329), boys restroom room 229a, boys handicap stalls (rooms 329a & 313c), and the left sink in the girls washroom in room 313a. Water temperatures ranging from 72f-84f. Other restrooms conviently located for use. Management instructed to repair and maintain all handwashing sinks with a hot water temperature between 100-120f. Priority violation 7-38-030(c).

47. Food & non-food contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed & used
- comments: found milk crates being used as shelving in the kitchen area. Must remove from premises and provide shelving that is free of unnecessary crevices and designed/constructed to be easily cleanable.
