My son had a bacon egg and cheese, English muffin, a refresher, and a Boston cream doughnut.. His symptoms muscle ache, fever headache, diarrhea, nausea, stomach pain.. His stomach hurts and the gas/diarrhea isnt improving (a week).. The doctor Suspected food poison, but I’m starting to think it’s parasitic or E. coli etc.. He needs medication to kill this.. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Nausea
