10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: observed two inaccessible handwashing sinks in front prep area. Observed a spoon in interior of sink behind ice cream area and two pitchers in interior of sink near four drawer cold holding unit. Instructed all handwashing sinks shall be accessible for employee use at all times. Corrected on site spoon and two pitchers removed from interior of handwashing sinks. Priority foundation violation 7-38-030(c) citation issued.
