Got a sausage egg and cheese on a plain bagel and within an hour had nausea and diarrhea. The last meal I had before this was dinner the night before and ate nothing else all day. After a few hours it got worse and got full body aches and fever. It has been 30 hours and I feel slightly better but get diarrhea after trying to eat anything. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea
