Must remove excessive caulking from walls where needed.

Also defrost and clean the small deep freezers in the prep area. #55-6-501. 114 : observed excessive clutter thru out the entire rear of the facility; buckets being re-used, construction materials, and old equipment. Instructed to remove all unnecessary clutter and elevate everything at least 6 inches from the ground to prevent harborage. #55-6-501. 12 : floors through out need detail cleaning to remove spills, debris and grease. Also clean the walls, ceiling and counter tops. #56-. 6-501. 14 : observed the ventilation system above the cooking equipment dirty. Must clean and maintain.
