Quinoa skillet with eggs and coffee with cream. Had quinoa, black beans, cheese avocado and vegetables.Unfortunately I experienced about 12 hours of nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and fever at the start of a trip. Started during the flight, glued to the toilet in a public train station all night missing connections to travel home. Absolute nightmare. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
