Went through drive through at about 5:30 pm and ordered a chicken avocado bowl with black beans substituted in for pinto beans. Started getting nauseous about 7 pm. Ate the food after the news at 6 pm. Started with bad headache, then nauseous, then five bouts of severe vomiting. It is 9:20 pm and I am weak but getting better. I cancelled a prior doctor appointment for something else, for tomorrow. I eat at that pollo loco about two times or more per month. No issues. My husband did not have any of my food. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Weakness
