It has to be the avocado ranch.My husband ate everything I ate except that and the very thought of it makes me puke again.
I vomited everything and cannot stop
Update: Whole family is sick now! My husband is home sick with the same symptoms as me but also has severe body aches and fever. We got a two piece leg and thigh with rice and a side of avocado ranch. My husband got three piece breast and wing with mashed potatoes. Both meals with tortilla My son only ate the tortilla and is fine. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Body Ache
