Bought 2 plates of the 4 piece chicken meal with pinto beans and rice with flour tortillas and my daughter had the same but her sides were beans and corn. After eating we felt nauseated and then when we woke up we felt nauseous again then had chills and fever and then a headache and bad stomach ache. This is not good!! The board of health needs to step in and check these people food!! | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Headache, Chills, Stomach Pain
