I ate chicken, Mac n cheese and pinto beans. Oh some of the green guacamole salsa. This morning woke up with bad stomach cramps n a knotted feeling in my stomach. I took some baking soda and water n it felt a little better but still have some cramping. I’m thinking it’s there Mac n cheese it didn’t look right or taste like normal Mac n cheese:-/ | Symptoms: Other, Cramps
