We, family of 3, ate at the Buffet on Saturday, September 1, 2018. I hadn't eaten all day (not an unusual thing). I tasted the gumbo, a lobster tail with clarified butter, fried catfish, fried shrimp, red velvet cupcake, unsweetened tea and coffee. Within 30 minutes of leaving the buffet I was nauseous with a sharp pain in my upper stomach. 1 hour later it came on very strong.. I spent 3+ hours projectile vomiting with constant water diarrhea. Once all of it was out of my body, I felt almost well, just weak. My family did not get sick - even though they had to clean up the mess I made in our vehicle. In 24 hours I lost 7 pounds (Wouldn't recommend this diet!) and was completely dehydrated. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Dehydration, Weakness
