I got a shrimp posted boy sandwich with a baked potato and hush pupplies for lunch. Had one before and they were great. About 3-4 hours after eating my meal, I started getting terrible stomach cramps, nausea, fever. Had to go home from work. Never threw up but came close a number of times. Have fatigue, haven't eaten anything but chicken noodle soup and that was a day later. Living on water and Gatorade. Bedridden still a day later. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
