Violently ill after eating 4 of my factor meals this week. Started with lightheaded dizzy headaches then nausea and diarrhea then sharp stabbing pain on left side for more than 24 hours now. I have stopped eating them. I had the shredded beef, the honey mustard chicken, garlic chicken and barbecue chicken. I have been eating plain soup the past two evenings still having the stabbing pain, headaches and lethargy
