- comments: observed an incomplete clean-up vomit and diarrhea kit(goggles,sanitizing solution,paper towels,disposable mop,absorbent)must provide and maintain. (priority foundation 7-38-005)
38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed evidence of appx. 125 or more mice droppings along wall bases,in corners of reach in coolers and freezers, on and under display shelves on sales floor at can food items,cereal,rice,candy,etc. Cashier booths and rear storage areas along walls and in between shelving units and racks. Must remove droppings. Clean and sanitize areas. Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 6/9/20. (priority foundation 7-38-020(a)
49. Non-food/food contact surfaces clean
- comments: must clean debris and dust build up at cashier booths,some display shelves,reach in coolers.
53. Toilet facilities: properly constructed, supplied, & cleaned
- comments: must provide a lid for garbage can in women's toilet room.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: must clean debris build up on floor under,around and along wall bases throughout premises.
