burger with lettuce possibly.  Onset was 48 hours after meal. E coli onset is 48-96 hours after., 48 hours after eating burger with lettuce and sweet and zesty sauce, beans, corn muffin, mac and cheese.  Developed symptoms of e coli poisoning 
Nausea, severe abdominal cramping, light bloody mucus, frequent need to use the bathroom but only a small amount of blood tinged mucus. | Symptoms: Nausea, Cramps, Bloody Stool, Mucus in Stools
