Got a cheeseburger with pickle, grilled onion and mushroom and ketchup, plus Mango Milkshake. Severe nausea, headache and diarrhea next day followed by vomiting. Suspect it was mango milkshake - their new flavour | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache
