A tomato - sunset brand greenhouse grown. Sunday April 3rd made roast beef sandwich with components eaten the day before except a tomato purchased that morning. Couple hours after eating started feeling nauseous & headache. About 20 minutes after waking from a short nap started vomiting with no notice at all. Several hours later ate chicken broth. Woke up at 2 am again severe vomiting. Was fine the next day. Had washed tomato but maybe it had been cross contaminated by some other produce | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
