Food poisoning isn’t contagious. That means it had nothing to do with the catfish and you just caught a bug from someone else.

Within a few minutes of eating I had terrible gas and painful cramps. About 30 minutes later I rushed to the bathroom with a terrible bout of nausea and diarrhea. I have a very high metabolism and digest all food rapidly. Still cramping and nauseous.
