Think it was Baby Red Butter Lettuce We made a salad with Simple Truth Organic Baby Red Butter Lettuce. It was the first servings taken from this box. The box is the 5 oz. size. It was the only new ingredient in our salad course. The meal also included baked fish cooked from frozen. The fish came from a larger package that we had previously eaten from. Two of us experienced the same symptoms. That evening one of us started with dizziness followed by nausea and diarrhea the next morning. The other one of us experienced the same symptoms starting the following morning. We did not wash the lettuce as it is described on the package as "washed and ready to enjoy". | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Dizziness
