Cereal Causes Severe Cramps

Opened a brand new box of lucky charms cereal after dinner. This was the last thing I ate before bed, around 8pm. Woke up several hours later, around 2am, with severe cramps, gas, feeling like I'll have diarrhea. Just wanted to have it noted here, in case it gets worse.

Frozen Veg Mix Illness

This morning, kroger steamer broccoli/cauliflower/carrot frozen mix i made some steamed vegetables last night and woke up this morning with bad cramps, diarrhea, and vomiting. my vomit had carrot chunks in it, so i’m pretty sure it was the carrots.
