- comments: no clean up supplies or procedures onsite for vomiting or diarrhea events. Instructed to provide supplies and post procedures for employees to follow. Priority foundation. 7-38-005

- comments: found interior panel of ice machine in rear prep area not clean, instructed to detail clean and maintain.

- comments: person in charge unable to provide a pest control log book during the inspection, instructed to contact pest control, and keep log book onsite at all times. Priority foundation 7-38-020(c)

- comments: found hot water in hand sink in 1 of 3 toilet rooms, water at 65f. Instructed to discontinue using toilet room, and contact plumber to restore hot water to a minimum of 100f. Using the 2 additional gender neutral toilet rooms instead, to wash hands, until hot water is restored. Priority foundation 7-38-030(c)
