Myself and my husband got food from fusion tacos food truck that was set up outside the state library yesterday at about 11:30am 10/30/24. I had quesabirra tacos and my husband had a birra burrito. Both of us awakened last night with severe stomach cramps and diarrhea. This is the only food we ate yesterday that could have caused this. I believe this is clostridium perfringens from the birra not being kept over 140 degrees in a slow cooker or warmer. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps
