Beef Nachos Illness Repeated - Fuzzy's Taco Shop, Charlottesville Virginia

The 3 times I’ve ordered food for take-out, I’ve gotten sick a couple of hours after eating the food. Each time I’ve ordered their seasoned beef nachos. The first 2 times I had a soda (coke) with my meal and the most recent time I had an iced tea.
It started with severe stomach pains and followed with vomiting and diarrhea. I didn’t check for a fever but I was freezing so bad that I had to grab the down comforter (I’m usually warm when I sleep). | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever
