My two adult children and I ate at the Des Moines, IA 50309 location on Saturday, 9/16/17. I had a chicken salad, my son had two fish tacos and my daughter had chicken enchilada with tex-mex rice and potatoes. We each had a drink, with ice. We ate at approximately 3:30pm and by 7:30-8:00pm that same evening, we were all three throwing up and having severe cramping with diarrhea, along with a pounding headache. This went on well into the next evening. The pounding headache & foggy head lasted for another full day. So, from Saturday evening through Monday evening, we were all feeling the effects of what we presume was food poisoning. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache
