I made gardein Beef and vegetable soup vegan and I noticed within three hours that I had stomach pain and I rushed to the bathroom and then I started puking and I realize that my hearing was going away and I was going to pass out. It was very intense and I was sweating very bad on my arms in my forehead and my hands | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Sweating
