I ate Gardein Beef & Vegetable plant based Soup at about 3:30pm, and by 5pm I was nauseous, had stomach cramps, was sensitive to light, and was so weak I could barely stand. Then I violently threw up everything in my stomach, twice. Then I had diarrhea so bad that it felt as if I was peeing from my rear. Four times. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Weakness
