My girlfriend is (or was) traveling from St. Pete, FL to Berlin, MA yesterday. Had nothing to eat all day and pulled over and bought some boiled peanuts around 9:00 am. Shortly after eating the peanuts, her whole throat started to swell shut and is now in the Halifax Hospital ICU intubated. I make boiled peanuts for her all the time, she eats peanut butter, raw and roasted peanuts and has never had an allergic reaction to peanuts. There is no other variable for her current situation other than this fruit stand. Do NOT EAT ANY boiled peanuts from this joint. | Symptoms: Nausea, Allergic Reaction, Burping
