Pizza was handled from oven to cutting without gloves. The employee touched my pizza by using his barehands to touch the edging crust of the pizza to push it back a half inch on the counter and then a few more times while turning the pizza as it was being cut. I asked the person at the front counter if that was normal and I was told that no gloves were needed after the pizza had been in the oven. I asked about when cutting and was again told that employees were allowed to touch the food without gloves once it come out of the oven. This was the Matteson, IL takeout branch at 8:11 tonight.

I would have walked out. This is one reason I cook everything at Home. That's disgusting and disrespectful.
