I had the same lunch that I have every day of the work week which is a vegetable protein shake with almond milk, grapefruit and water. Yesterday I added two (2) Peanut Butter cookies from the girl scouts (Savanah). Within an hour I started having abdominal cramps followed by nausea and then diarrhea and vomiting until I was just vomiting bile I ate the exact same lunch today (and even breakfast) but without the cookies and was fine | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Bile
