I had 2 pieces of small pizza that had onions, pepperoni and sausage and had 2 pieces of this cheese bread around 5am i had diarrhea it was 100% the pizza because i didn't eat anything else that would have made it that bad just a muffin i feel better after the diarrhea but will no longer be purchasing from that place | Symptoms: Diarrhea
