- comments: observed rear dish area hand sink to be inoperable and front prep handsink to be shut off at time of inspection. Instructed person in charge to maintain handsinks to be accessible with running hot and cold water under city pressure at all times. Priority foundation #7-38-030(c). Citation issued.

- comments: observed 3-compartment sink stoppers not fully holding water. Instructed person in charge to repair and maintain.

- comments: observed facility with inadequate plumbing at the rear three compartment sink. Observed sewage wastewater backing up from the floor drain grease trap when water is ran in the handsink and the three-compartment sink onto the prep area floor. Instructed person in charge to repair and maintain. Priority violation #7-38-030(c). Citation issued.
