Severe Cramps Post-Oats - Great Value, Miami Florida

I ate a bowl of toasted oats and within an hour had severe abdominal cramps and extreme diarrhea.

08/23 update: I have another unopened box of Cheerios but I'm not going to eat them I'm afraid now. It will probably be another week before I fully recover.

08/25 update: Now I'm having problems moving my bowels and also pain in my abdomen at all this evening very dizzy. I have been advised to go to the hospital but I don't want to put myself subject to where I might catch there. I contacted the General Mills I didn't get a lot of help but they're sending me $20 to replace the product. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Stomach Pain
