- comments: observed 15 rat droppings scatterd on the floor in the rear storage area, also noted noted 6 live flies scatterd around the same area plus at the 3 comp sink. Must remove and detail clean all affected areas. Call for service (welchko pest service). Priority foundation citation #7-38-020(a).

- comments: must detail clean all display storage shelving to remove dust and debris, same for interior of the reach in coolers. Also clean and defrost interior of the ice cream reach in freezer.

- comments: remove the excessive clutter from the storage area outside of the washroom and store items off of the floor to eliminate pest harborage conditions.
