Diarrhea and vomiting, about four hours after eating a Greggs vegan sausage roll, steak bake and pizza with chicken on it. All was barely lukewarm but I ate it. I hadn't had anything else to eat in the 24 hours previous - so only Greggs. Been up all night, with explosive diarrhea and violent vomiting, stomach pains, shivering. Was so ill that I thought I was going to pass out. Today feeling very weak, still got bad stomach cramps and can't even keep water in. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Weakness
