I bought a Tuna Baguette with sweetcorn and a sausage roll ar around 2pm on Thursday 7th July. Felt out of sorts Thurs night and really unwell Friday, burning up, feverish, stomach ache. Still poorly now Sunday morning. Only other things I've eaten previous were like, toast etc. It was a hot day and I don't think the sandwich was cold enough. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea
