- High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed rice (105F - Hot Holding) sitting on top of steam table. Per operator less than 4 hours. Operator reheated. **Corrective Action Taken**
