Had a bacon burger from Guy Fieri's at the cancun airport. Within 2 hours, I had major stomach cramps and diarrhea. It continued through our 6 hour flight with vomiting. Through the night I had a fever as well.

No issues the 7 days on the resort and the last thing I ate was the above hamburger. I had coke from a bottle so it had to be the hamburger.
