Bought meal simple mushroom spaghetti with a cream sauce. At last night after the gym after having not much else. Woke up this morning very nauseous, then vomited for hours before developing diarrhea. Got dehydrated, muscle cramps, stomach ache. Will no longer buy frozen food (entire frozen section at this location always has freezer burn and i have gotten sick from frozen products previously). And this is my second time getting ill from their meal simple options. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Cramps, Chills
